Professor Fisher,
Thank You for your assistance and guidance that you
have provided regarding Interior Design and Color Psychology for my research
paper on, An Experimental Analysis of Lighting for Professional Recording
Studios: An Critical Analysis of The Influence of Lighting Conditions on
Productivity of The Audio Engineer.
I really learned about how color can affect on an
individual’s mood and how it can be used to create a productive working
environment. In my case I studied how the different light brightness can change
the perception of the color. The answer that you provided for the interview was
also very helpful to support the findings that I found through the experiment
that I conducted.
Apart from helping my research, your assistance and
support was also a source encouragement if I’m stuck with insufficient idea. You
have assisted me even in the event of you were going through difficult time.
Your advice to work hard showed me you are a traditional academic mentor, but
your word of advice to enjoy my college life, shows me you are "fun" mentor to
be with. I wish I could have gained your supervision directly, one to one with
you, it must be a very fortunate opportunity to whoever your current students
are.
Once again I would like express my greatest gratitude
and thank you, for being such a supporting mentor to me. I’m an Indian, and we
have a saying that goes like, "Matha, Pitha, Guru, Theivam", which means your
mother (matha) comes first, then your father (pitha) who is your first teacher,
then teacher (guru) who is the person who shares their knowledge of world to
make you a better person, then god (theivam). I will always regard you as one of
my great guru. Thank you Professor.
Yours truly,
